Weatherization Crew Lead

HomeWorks Energy is rapidly growing their Weatherization team in Connecticut and we are looking to grow our leadership! We are looking for candidates who have a construction background in addition to the soft skills and personality to motivate and drive results in a team environment. This position will involve hands on training in the field. The right candidate will have basic knowledge of field work, as well as a strong desire to train diligently and manage your own crew.

Responsibilities:

• Manage a small team of 1 to 2 installers

• Complete work in a timely manager

• Complete work up to CT Energize standards

• Ensure a great customer experience with all work performed

• Ensure crew are following HomeWorks Energy best practices for safety and install

• Complete proper documentation for each job

• Collect copay from customer

• Drive box trucks in compliance with DOT and state regulations

Requirements:

• Construction management experience - (Preferred not required)

• Crew Lead Certification - (Preferred not required)

• Salesforce experience is a plus

• Positive disposition
