Brand Ambassador Lead

Brand Ambassador Lead

Position Type: This is a full-time hourly position that is eligible for overtime. In addition to the hourly pay, you will also be eligible for bonuses/commissions based on performance. Come join a great team with a fun culture as we work toether to improve the communities we live in!

Job Summary:

The Brand Ambassador Lead is responsible for providing additional training and support to the Brand Ambassador team, and to aid in the smooth and effective ramp up of new brand ambassadors in the spring.

  • Team Leadership:
    • Provide guidance, mentorship, and support to the team to foster a cohesive and high-performing group.
    • Address any conduct concerns or performance challenges among team members promptly, escalating them to the Brand Ambassador Supervisor when necessary.
    • Collaborate with management to establish team-wide and individual goals tailored to the region and skill sets.
    • Identify skill gaps within the team and implement strategies to address and bridge these gaps effectively.
  • Team Support:
    • Facilitate the onboarding process for new Brand Ambassadors, providing them with comprehensive training and resources to ensure a smooth transition.
    • Assist in leading team meetings to disseminate important information, discuss strategies, and foster collaboration among team members.
    • Work closely with team members to bring them up to company standards in terms of performance, professionalism, and adherence to brand guidelines.
    • Collaborate with team members to efficiently reschedule leads and optimize productivity.
  • Perform additional tasks as required.

Education & Experience:

· Requires a high school diploma or equivalent.

· Previous experience in Field Marketing is required.

· Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse audiences.

· Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work independently in a fast-paced environment.

· Requires proficiency in reading, writing, and communicating in English.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

This is a supervisory role that may include overseeing and managing a team or department.

Work Environment:

Indoor & Outdoor Environment: This position requires working both indoors and outdoors at retail and other designated locations (farmer's markets, town events). Weather conditions will vary based on the season.

Physical Demands:

· Requires walking to designated location, standing for long periods of time, as well as bending, crawling, and carrying and assembling equipment up to 60 lbs. for each event, and engaging with a large number of individuals.

· This job may require travel in a personal vehicle.
