Insulation Crew Lead
Position type: This is an hourly position that is eligible for over-time, plus bonuses based on performance. This position is for our fast-growing CT territory which provides strong growth opportunity!
Summary: HomeWorks Energy is rapidly growing their Weatherization team and we are looking to grow our leadership! We are looking for candidates who have a construction background in addition to the soft skills and personality to motivate and drive results in a team environment. This position will involve hands on training in the field. The right candidate will have basic knowledge of field work, as well as a strong desire to train diligently and manage your own crew.
Responsibilities:
Manage a small team of 1 to 2 installers
Complete work in a timely manager
Complete work up to Mass Save standards
Ensure a great customer experience with all work performed
Ensure crew are following HomeWorks Energy best practices for safety and install
Complete proper documentation for each job
Collect copay from customer
Drive box trucks in compliance with DOT and state regulations
Requirements:
Construction management experience - (Preferred not required)
Crew Lead Certification - (Preferred not required)
Mass Save experience strongly - Required
Salesforce experience is a plus
